companies to gain massive benefits. On the other hand, failures in ensuring
good and healthier relationships with employees can be a major reason that
carries out the company towards a massive failure. However, an employment
relationship simply refers to the connection that has been made between
employer and employee as a result of selling labor

new employees while retaining the talented pool within the organization and at

and maintain healthy relationships.

depends on laborers, this has been a popular and most discussed topic. Thus when

frustrated and demotivated. It directly affects on productivity and success of
