Grievances are concerns,
problems or complaints raised by an employee about workplace issues, such as
their work, workload, and working facility, leader’s style, Wages, etc.
Employee or group of employees may present it either formally or informally
with respect to work-related issues an early stage
and it exposes all the facts that related organization culture, leaders
style, timeliness, system, and value.
The grievance is a major
part of the organizational challenge. Therefore
handle grievances effectively is very important to organizational
performance. Every organization requires an effective structure to
manage employees‟ complaints bordering on conditions of service (Suwati,
