business world, the apparel industry is
one of the main industries that drive the national economy, therefore

for organizations and training and development is one effective way to do

experience that will transform employee’s behavior, attitudes, skills
and abilities while equipping them with techniques and tools as well as

Joint Apparel Association Forum (JAAF) has launched a comprehensive training
manual that encompasses that will help education providers to align their
courses with the requirements of the apparel industry. The contemporary
business world is dynamic and technological advanced, the apparel industry is
also aligning with the world which means that employees must also be brought to
speed.
The non-managerial employees mostly origin from poor economic backgrounds and therefore face many issues within their families and are not interested in developing their career. Therefore, there are many areas to be touched in the form of training and development.
·
The
primary focus on apparel organizations must be on enhancing employees’
motivation and transforming their perspectives on career development.
·
Equipping them with decision making and
problem-solving skills to manage their personal life as well as career life.
·
Engaging them in Information Technology and
English course trainings
· Engaging them in Leadership trainings as well as technical skills.
The success of any organization depends on the motivation, engagement and willingness of the employees to perform within an organization which can be driven by training and development.
